Shipping Policy:
Cao Chocolates wants to ensure your packages arrive in perfect shape. We use special materials for packing our products to prevent damage during transit. Please remember our truffles are handmade and we ship our chocolates within 24 hours of your placed order to guarantee freshness. We ship ground by UPS or USPS. Please note it will take 2 or 3 days to arrive but it will depend on the date you place your order. Other shipping methods are available for your convenience.

Return Policy:
Chocolate is perishable and does melt. Cao Chocolates takes the best care in packaging and shipping our products so they get to you properly.
We are not responsible for products:
*Shipped to PO Boxes
*Returned as undeliverable
*Returned due to a wrong address
*Damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt
